LEGO Indiana Jones 2 App Reviews

This is a very good game. One complaint that I would have with this game is that it always causes my computer to overheat. Overheating does not happen with my other lego games on my Mac like Lego Star Wars the Complete Saga.

I have a brand new Mac Pro with an advanced graphics card (which doesn’t fall into one of the ones the description says it doesn’t support) and it crashes as soon as I click ‘Play’. Hopefully they resolve this soon.

Not really there are many challenging parts in the game and even one i could not complete i think you would need to be older than whats on the discription because kids might get frustrated and ruin the “Fun” in it.

From what I can tell, this game requires that you have some kind of console controller. It does not work with the mouse and keyboard like all other computer games.

We have the PS2 version of Lego Indiana Jones 1, and this is an excellent sequel and a great port by Feral. Our entire family has enjoyed it. It is nice to have the game on our multiple Macs and great to get rid of the optical media. BTW, if you have played the Lego IJ 1, this is a completely new game with different levels on all the 1-3 films and of course the bizzar 4 "Crystal Skull". Graphics are very good on 2009 iMac and 2007 MacBook Pro. If you hare having trouble with graphics be sure to play with the resolution, antialiasiing, and advanced options. As a bonus, it works with many controllers, in my case the Logitch USB Controller and PS 3 Bluetooth controllers.

I have tried to download this 5 times or more now, and just before it finishes it gives some stupid error message!!!!!! I better get my 29.99 back A.S.A.P. This whole thing is really souring me on mac app store!!!!!!!!! Not that they or anyone cares! :(

I am upset to see that so many people are having issues with this game. It works completely fine for me. I could play this game forever.

The game is great and no glitches (for me), but once you get to a point in the game were you have played and experienced the game, you dont really have as much fun as you usually do when you first get it, Im not saying that it should have a new thing every week or so, but you just realize that its just boring, you dont have to not get it just because Im not satisfied with it, but just take some advice SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Loaded this game several times, game does not save levels and crashes repeatedly. It would be a great game if it worked. My 6 year-old son was really disappointed.

This is an awesome game and has very few bugs…..I love that I can turn my computer into a game system by simply plugging in a Macallly controller and enjoying the game as it should be played. My kids loved it, I loved it and everything lego has created. Keep up the great work lego and feral!

I had a good time playing through this game. However, given that in Lego Indiana Jones 1 there were entirely different levels, I wish that they had been included as an extra feature - at this point, all I can really do is replay levels to get enough studs to buy all the extra stuff. Lego Star Wars Complete had it right - not just the two games, but extra fun on top of it all to really make you want to hit that 100%. That being said, its an OK way to spend $20 and 15-20 hours of your time. Would be a steal at $15.

I love Lego games but this time the devlopers decided to add a confusing HUB world for each movie and Crystal Skull Part 1-3. Its very hard to find each new level and they are badly desigend and I dont think they should have added it. However I love the puzzles in this game espically the bouns levels (If you can find it that is >:( ) I also really love the level creator but there is no way to share the levels with friends. Overall good game.

On the first level, once I got to a certain cutscene, the game crashes. Please update

Technical side: This game is an excellent port by Feral and has no bugs and/or glitches that I have encountered. Very good job. Gameplay: This game is a mixed bag. It has some cool features, while taking away some other very fun features. Levels are now a lot shorter and collectables are not available in the HUB. And the HUB is confusing at times. If you want to see a perfected version of the HUB play Lego LOTR. That game is awesome! Overall I give the game a 8/10. It isn’t nearly as fun as the first Lego Indy but does have some enjoyable elements. Don’t pay the full price, wait until Feral does their discounts. I got this game for $5 and it is well worth that much.

One day the game started over and wouldn’t allow us to save from the point of progress we made in the game. So we loved it until that day. Boo hoo! Fix it or you stay one star. We have reinstalled it many times doesn’t make a difference. We have multiple other lego games that have never done this. So we doubt it’s are computer configuration or OSX.
